Going to Ben Thanh market with my mum like usual, I bought this Matryoshka Doll today! I'm loving it! I still remember my first Matryoshka when I was little and I always play with it. Mum gave me a barbie doll and I pulled its head out in one minute (haha I know I'm violent?) But with this Babushka (what I called it), it never was damaged and I've always been amazed with it :) Just one sad thing, I don't know how we lost it...

This Babushka is Vietnam made so it's not the same as I remember.

Anyway, along with this Babushka, I bought some Vietnam hand-painted traditional mask.

Isn't it amazing?

Life is wonderful when Art is preserved and kept for everyone to enjoy.

These masks have a tradition, a tell and so I hope you enjoy my post today!

Today was a beautiful day for me. We went out with Ghaidaa family. They are great and also, it was the first time I've ever been into the Muslim mosque. Quite an extraordinary day to be in the mosque and meet muslims... hmm thinking I should be doing my h/w now right?

There is so much I want to do but as little as I am, there is not much to be done. I want to help to get the right for children, to go to school, to have a bright future ahead, as the wild animals to be able to survive in the hard environment we are making them live in, to save the earth's "cancer". Join me with passport if you are interested in helping our planets and wild animals protection. I joined this for one year now and I think it is quite trustful what I do here. When little things come together

"12 ways to save the world" Tu Linh '09

I wanted to do this and "Pollution" so they would go together but this is not really good. "12 ways to save the world" is about simple ways and things we often forget to do. First two lines are how to go green and the last two is quotes about life. I want to tell you about going green and enjoying life as it is in a positive way. "Ride Bikes" and "Grow your garden" are inspiration from Nicole because I have no idea how to draw a bike that I really like, and after seeing the bike Nicole drew I loved it so much, I've started drawing it and trying to make differences on it so it wouldn't look like I have copied her.

About today...

There are many things I keep to myself, and once in while, when some tiny little thing happens, I would let everything go into tears. It's good and bad at the same time but that's just me! I would rather be busy with hundreds of project (interesting things) than be bored...
